Bylaws

Dear ACTC Members,

ACTC first adopted bylaws in 1996. In 2016, after significant growth and changes to the organization, we rewrote those bylaws. In 2021, the Board decided that the bylaws needed another significant overhaul. Under the leadership of ACTC President, Joshua Parens, this work was completed in the Summer of 2021, approved by the Board of Directors in August of 2021,  and adopted by a vote of the  the ACTC membership at our 2022 Annual Business meeting on April 24, 2022.
